What we do:
Everything Enrichment is an enrichment management company offering a variety of services:
* As Total Program Management of after school enrichment, we are sponsored by the PTA to design and manage the after-school program. In conjunction with the PTA, the school ,and parents ,we work together to ensure the care and safety of children while participating in after school enrichment.
* Our Consulting Program is designed to work with schools and PTAs to grow or start their programs. Our goal is to grow programs within the community and invest in already established resources by utilizing community programs/members, parents, teachers, and staff. In doing so, we keep programming costs low to all students to build community wealth.
* Our team of instructors are ready to teach engaging and high quality classes at your school! We currently have a yoga, dance, theater, and art teacher on our staff (we are always adding more!).
* Coming Soon - Enrollment Software designed to make the enrollment process seamless.
Why Everything Enrichment

Studies have shown that after school enrichment programs not only lower drop out rates, close achievement gaps, and reduce risky behavior, but it also builds community. Enrichment programs expose students to interest lead opportunities and help them become a well rounded student and global citizen.
But getting a program off the ground can be exhausting, time consuming, and logistically a nightmare.
We know because we’ve been there and done that!
That is why we founded Everything Enrichment, because we know what it takes to get a successful program up and running. With us, take the stress out of fostering community and offering additional opportunities for your students - no need to reinvent the wheel! We offer complete program management to personalized consulting to support your program. Wherever you are in your program journey, we can help you level up.
Mission:
Our mission is to inspire and empower students through engaging, hands-on enrichment programs that foster creativity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for learning. We are dedicated to supporting the unique potential of each child, providing a fun and nurturing environment where they can explore new interests, build confidence, and develop essential skills. Further, we strongly believe that high quality programing should be accessible and available to all students, regardless of family income.
In addition, we strive to ease the workload for PTAs and schools by offering seamless, high-quality enrichment opportunities that complement academic curricula and streamline afterschool programming. Our goal is to create a win-win experience—enriching students’ lives while alleviating the planning, logistics, and resource burdens on parent organizations and school staff.
What sets us apart?
There are many places you can turn for help or support in your after school enrichment program.
At Everything Enrichment, we prioritize working with you to create a program that everyone wants to be a part of and can access.
We don’t offer cooker cutter programs, we work with you to develop your program based on the unique needs and interests of your individual school. Our ultimate goal is to build a program your school can sustain independently without us, thus turning ownership of the program back over to your organization to run (if you want to!).

Teachers/Community Members
If you have an expertise that would be a perfect for an after school class for your school community’s enrichment program, not being incorporated shouldn’t hold you back! At Everything Enrichment, we can hire you to be an independent contractor. Create your syllabus, teach the classes, and get paid! As a subcontractor, you will be issued a 1099 for tax purposes.

About Us
Susan and Merissa met when their children were in the same Kindergarten class!
When Susan needed volunteers for the Enrichment program, Merissa was the only one who offered to help!
And the rest, as they say, is history!
Susan Lattuca
Co-Founder and CEO
Susan has been a teacher for 15+ years. During her time as a teacher, she taught Yoga and Ballet in her school’s after school enrichment program and valued the experience she gained in connecting with students and families outside of her class. When her child’s school was considering getting the after school enrichment program up and running post COVID, Susan knew she wanted to take her experience and put it to use. Susan lives in Alexandria, VA with her two little girls and husband.
Merissa’s background is in finance. She has worked in banking and mortgage finance for over 20 years with her focus on product development and client support. As Merissa navigated through Covid she transformed her office into a school for her son and found a love for developing young minds. What started for her as a necessity to volunteer at her son’s school to help get the after-school enrichment program running, turned into a passion. She took her natural ability to create and develop and pivoted towards building a program for the children which then led to building a company, Everything Enrichment. It is Merissa’s passion to build, improve, support and encourage with the goal of leaving others better than she found them with more tools in their toolbox. Merissa lives in Alexandria, VA with her son Kingston and husband David .
